Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Daughter Charlotte Shows off an Impressive Skill in a Rare New Video

Sarah Michelle Gellar has long kept her daughter Charlotte, 15, and son Rocky, 11, with husband Freddie Prinze Jr. mostly off the internet. But in honor of her eldest child’s 15th birthday this month, she shared an ultra-rare video of the teen showing off an impressive skill — and she looks just like her famous mama!

The video was taken in the family’s backyard, where Charlotte runs on the grass toward a gymnastics mat spread out in front of her. She does a perfect cartwheel, then a back salto. After sticking the landing, she raises her arms in the air and gives the camera a huge smile, clearly proud of herself (as she should be!). Even though her hair is much darker than the Buffy star’s — it’s more like her dad’s — her smile is identical to Gellar’s, and it’s so cute to see.

“We are all jumping and flipping Charlotte because it’s your 15 Birthday!!” Gellar captioned the video. “I don’t know how it’s possible but every year I love you more ❤️ 🎉🎁 🎂”

“Happy Birthday to Mini Buffy,” one person commented. “Daughter of a slayer👏 😆 🧛‍♀️,” another wrote. “Happy birthday Charlie!!!! The next slayer is literally slaying,” someone else said.

The Wolf Pack actress also shared a special sneak peek at the family’s celebrations on her Instagram story. There were rose gold balloons of the number “15” plus a variety of Love Philosophy body washes, which were lined up on the wall. “15 of your favorite @lovephilosophy,” she wrote.

In a previous interview withSheKnows, Gellar opened up about what changed for her as a parent. “All of a sudden, in your mind, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, you’re worried about these little beings in an incredibly all consuming, beautiful but stressful way,” she told us.

She added, “That’s what’s funny about the challenges of being a parent … it always seems like the hardest part. And then you get to the next part, and you’re like, ‘Oh, this is harder.’ I don’t think it ever changes.”
