March is National Reading Month with the NEA’s Read Across America Day on March 2. Reading bedtime stories to your kids promotes literacy and offers the opportunity for valuable bonding time. Recently, Celebrity Baby Scoop talked to several celebrity moms about their favorite bedtimes stories and other pastimes with their children.

“We love to read,” Jodie Sweetin told Celebrity Baby Scoop. “We have story time every night before bed. It’s about 20 minutes and they get to pick three books. Usually it’s the same ones. We have Goodnight Moon. But Pajama Time by Sandra Boynton is their favorite. It’s really cute and has a song — it’s our favorite cuddle book before bedtime. The baby loves her first-words-books. I’m a big reader myself, so I love reading to the girls. That’s a really big thing for me.”
You remember Sweetin from her role as Stephanie Tanner, the popular TV sitcom Full House. Sweetin has two daughters, Zoie and Beatrix.
