Inked: Moms with tattoos

Traci, mom of five (yes, that is two sets of twins) from Williamstown, New Jersey, pictured here with her whole family — Aidan, Raelene, Violet, Scarlett, Veronica and dad John.

“The kids love our tattoos and always have. When they asked about them in the beginning and asked what they were or why we had them, we just explained to them that they are tattoos and it’s pretty artwork that you have painted on your body. We tell them that they can’t get real tattoos until they are older though. Once they are old enough and think about it enough one of us will take them for their first tattoo, but for now the temporary tattoos are it. Of course, if they decide when they grow up that tattoos aren’t for them, that’s awesome too.”
