Question: Would you pay $200 for a pair of jeans?

Jeans are my favorite item of clothing to wear. I own about 20 pairs of jeans, maybe more. I will admit, I have and I do spend $200 (or more) on a pair (don’t worry, not on all the 20 I have). I wear jeans every single day of my life, literally, every single day.

When I have spent $200 on jeans, the quality has just been superb. The denim washes better and lasts way longer than the jeans I didn’t spent a lot of money on. I wear jeans to the ground, so I don’t mind spending more to ensure they will be around for awhile. My husband doesn’t understand this logic, but believe me, there’s a method to my jean madness. The more you spend, the more you’ll get.

Two hundred dollars on jeans? Insanity to me. While I may totally covet the clothes I see in US Weekly and all of my favorite celebrity websites, I could never justify $200 for one pair of jeans. My Coach bags don’t even cost that much thanks to the Coach outlet.

I have to say I am a bargain shopper. I want what’s in, but no way will you find me paying full price for it. I’m on the hunt to find it cheaper.

What would I spend on a pair? Fifty dollars TOPS, and even then I would hope to find them cheaper! Actually, under $40 would be my ideal.
