Jessica Simpson
It was possibly the most anticipated tweet after what seemed like the longest pregnancy… ever.
“Baby news!” Jessica Simpson tweeted, with a link to a birth announcement on her website that read:
“Eric and I are elated to announce the birth of our baby girl, Maxwell Drew Johnson. 9 lbs., 13 oz., 21-3/4 inches. We are so grateful for all of the love, support and prayers we have received. This has been the greatest experience of our lives!!”
Congratulations, Jessica!

Tia Mowry
Sister, Sister star Tia Mowry tweeted her excitement that her twin sister, Tamera Mowry, is pregnant with her first child and due in November. “Yay!! This is the hardest secret I have had to keep! But it’s out!!!!! I am gonna be an auntie!!!!!!!!!! OMG! Cree is gonna have a cousin!” tweeted Tia.
Judging by the number of exclamation points, that is one excited sister!
Brooke Burke
“Having a fun Cinco De Mayo fiesta with my kids in our home school,” Brooke Burke tweeted. “My Rosie is cooking up a Mexican Feast! so happy 2 have the day off.”
She also tweeted about her recent appearance at the launch of the Baby Buggy for Havaianas collection. “On my way to a fun family event. My daughter is cracking me up with her rainbow hair & pink lips!” she tweeted.

Kate Gosselin
Kate Gosselin has been the target of a creepy Twitter stalker whose profile displays the Bible verse John 8:32.
“56 more days Kate!! It’s not too late to change your ways. Follow us for updates!” he tweeted to her on April 26, saying he will expose her ‘immoral ways’.”
“I know what you did @Kateplusmy8, and in 51 days so will the world,” the creeper tweeted on May 1, tagging Radar Online, Us Weekly and Discovery.
Kate has so far ignored the freaky tweets and focused on the positive.
“My six of EIGHT will be EIGHT in EIGHT days… Omg! All the 8’s… That’s so cool! I’m so elated I have 8 healthy smart happy healthy kids! XO” she wrote.
Snooki
Snooki will continue to wear her sky-high platforms — and tweeted she has no problem walking in them. “I don’t have a big belly yet. Still waiting to sprout,” she wrote.
Snooki hasn’t let her pregnancy change her guidette style. “This is my pregnancy wear,” she wrote, with a link to her Jersey Shore-style maternity look.
Jennifer Lopez
She may look glammed up 99.9 percent of the time, but Jennifer Lopez is just like us… sort of. OK, she is probably nothing like us but she does do the school drop off!
“Good Morning! Coconuts off to school…about to get on my first call..beautiful day outside. Have an amazing day!” she wrote, with the hashtag #feelingsogood.
You may also be surprised that little Max isn’t a fan of JLo’s singing voice. “My girl loves it son tells me to stop!” she said, responding to a follower who asked if her kids like it when she sings in the car.
What song is she singing in the car? “In car blasting Gotye’s Somebody that I used to Know. #LOVE!” she tweeted.
Mariah Carey
Mariah Carey recently performed in Austria at a Top of the Mountain concert — and it happened to be on her twins’ first birthday!
“Singing at this altitude is almost like giving birth to twins, which I did last year on this day.. lol! Happy birthday dembabies!!” she tweeted.

Mariah, who calls twins Moroccan and Monroe “dem babies” also wrote about the week leading up to the birthday.
“Very excited to celebrate #dembabies first birthday in a week, I can’t even believe it’s been a year.. wow!!!,” she tweeted.
