Yields one 9 x 13-inch cake
Ingredients:
- 1 tub whipped chocolate frosting
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 container whipped topping
- Graham crackers
Directions:
- Put one layer of graham crackers onto the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions. Gently fold in container of whipped topping and pour one-half of the pudding mixture over graham cracker layer.
- Add another layer of graham crackers and pour remaining pudding mixture over top. Add final layer of graham crackers.
- Gently frost the cake with whipped chocolate frosting and let sit, covered, in the fridge for at least four hours before serving. Keep refrigerated.

Yields one 8 x 8-inch cake
Ingredients:
- Chocolate graham crackers
- 1 container whipped topping
- Sliced strawberries
Directions:
- Add one layer of chocolate graham crackers on bottom of 8 x 8-inch dish.
- Cover with a layer of whipped topping and top with sliced strawberries
- Repeat layer two more times. On the last layer, make sure the strawberries are beautifully placed since this will be the topping.
- Optional, drizzle the top with chocolate sauce.
*Note: Softened vanilla ice cream could be used in place of whipped topping. Store cake in freezer instead of the refrigerator.
