Jessica Alba
Jessica Alba is one of those celebrity moms who always seems so “real” when she’s seen out and about with her daughters Honor and Haven. What was she doing this week?
“Half-way done converting our slide/swingset into “pirate+mermaid clubhouse” (Honor’s words) #DIY #kiddos,” Alba wrote on Twitter.
Alba also talked about a problem that many of us have faced — dealing with a public restroom with your kids in tow.
“so most public restrooms don’t have a changing table or a place 2 put ur baby if u or ur older kid needs 2 use the restroom… boo,” Alba wrote.
Denise Richards
Sometimes even the celebrities are excited to meet other stars. For celeb mom Denise Richards, she was thrilled to talk to Paul Deen this week.
“Highlight of my day was meeting the fabulous @Paula_Deen I love her. Told her I wanna go to her house & have her cook me fried chicken!,” Richards wrote.
Richards, who has two children with former husband Charlie Sheen and adopted a daughter as a single mom, is still supportive of her ex-husband. This week, she was promoting his new show on Twitter.
“Don’t forget to tune in & watch the premiere episode of @charliesheen new show #AngerManagement on FX tonight!!!!,” Richards tweeted on Thursday.
Richards is also talking about her own projects as her new movie Madea’s Witness Protection hits theaters today — Friday, June 29.
Kendra Wilkinson
Though Kendra Wilkinson certainly has a host a modern toys for her son to play with, sometimes she like to go old-school.
“I had to whip out the good ol Lite Bright tonight for us to play with. I swear I’m living vicariously though lil Hank hahahaha, ” she wrote on Twitter.
Wilkinson and her husband Hank Baskett also celebrated their third anniversary this week. Kendra posted about their relationship with some cute photos on her website, KendraWilkinson.com.
This week Kendra also praised fellow celebrity mom, Jenny McCarthy, who was recently on the Playboy cover for the sixth time at age 39.
Kendra told People.com, “Good for her. She definitely has it, why not flaunt it. If that gives her confidence at almost 40 years old, why not do it?”
Brooke Burke
Celeb mom Brooke Burke got a new look this week. She’s now wearing bangs. Brooke posted a picture of her new hairstyle on Instagram and tweeted about it to her fans.
Hair wasn’t the only thing on her mind this week. She was also doing what a lot of moms do in the summer time — hosting a slumber party.
“Kids slumber party tonight. We’re doing a t shirt cutting project,” Burke tweeted.
Burke and her husband David Charvet have two children, plus Brooke has two daughters from a previous marriage.
Alyson Hannigan
Sometimes it’s amazing how quickly celebrities can get back into shape after having a baby. Even Alyson Hannigan of How I Met Your Mother is impressed. Hannigan welcomed their second daughter, Keeva Jane Denisof, on May 23, 2012. This week she talked with humor about getting into bikini shape.
“I think by Hollywood standards I’m supposed to be in bikini shape now that my baby is 4 weeks old,” Hannigan wrote.
“My workout goal: Food drops in lap, not on belly.”
