“On Christmas Eve we watch the movie The Polar Express with the kids, John reads The Night Before Christmas (Santa hat and all), then all of the kids get to open one present. We hang up their stockings before bed and the kids put out a small plate of cookies and milk for Santa and a few carrots for the reindeer.”
