Extra! host Mario Lopez proudly touched the (tiny) baby bump of his pregnant wife, Courtney Mazza, at the QVC Oscars pre-party. The couple, who are already parents to a daughter named Gia, recently announced they are expecting their second baby together.

So will Gia have a brother or a sister?

”We don’t find out,” Mazza told SheKnows. ”That’s what we did with Gia.”

She also revealed that she is having a great pregnancy so far, saying she has been craving licorice and chocolate. ”It’s going great, I can’t complain,” she said. ”I didn’t know I was pregnant this time around. With Gia, I had never been pregnant before, but I knew that I was pregnant. So, this was like ’Oh, I’ll take a test,’ because I just wasn’t feeling myself. So, some things are different, but I really can’t complain.”
