Sweetwater County Fair
The Sweetwater County Fair in Rock Springs, Wyoming is a big show that draws close to 100,000 fun-seekers every July 25 to Aug. 6. It actually is known as “The Big Show” and lives up to the name. Experience a daily rodeo, racing events, a collection of carnival rides that suit both thrill-seekers and families, concerts, exhibits, contests and dozens of livestock events.
Puyallup Fair
Puyallup Fair in Puyallup, Washington attracts nearly 1.3 million attendees annually. It is host to the biggest rodeo in the Northwest, and has lots of impressive agricultural events and shows. Part of the draw is the Big Ariel Show and the Mountainboards Big Air Show. Cowboys, clowns and good eats are all part of the package that keeps people coming back year after year. Dates are Sept. 7 to 23.
