Meghan Trainor is 28 weeks pregnant with her second baby, and the list of things she can’t do is growing by the day. For starters? Getting out of bed! The “Mother” singer revealed how her husband Daryl Sabara has to literally “roll” her out of bed to get up to go to the bathroom, and I’ve never related to anything more.
“I told him yesterday, ‘I’m at that point where I can’t see, I can’t reach, I can’t bend,’ He’ll do anything for me,” Trainor told PEOPLE yesterday. “And I’m finally at a place where when I have to get up to pee, I say, ‘Push,’ and Daryl rolls me off [the bed].”
That is a real man right there! It is hard to move when you are carrying a baby, especially if you’re dealing with sciatica or pelvis pressure or anything else. So a man that will help you roll out of bed to get up is definitely a winner.

The Dear Future Mama author also revealed that her husband shaved her legs and more (!!) when she was pregnant with their firstborn son Riley, 2.
“He shaved everything,” she said. “For the C-section, I don’t know why, but I was like, ‘I want a clear path. I want nothing in the way, so make sure it’s gorgeous down there,’ so they could see everything. And he did that for me.”
As if that wasn’t enough, after the C-section, he helped her during recovery, too. “He changed my diapers, he would take the bloody underwear for me and throw it away… I had a C-section; how do I bend down to pick up my underwear and my diapers? Because you have to wear diapers after,” Trainor explained. “I was like, ‘Daryl, I got to pee, come with me.’ And some husbands, some couples we talk to, they’re like, ‘He did what?’ And I’m like, ‘Well, how else would I get them up?’ I don’t get it. I’m like, ‘How do people survive without a Daryl?'” If only all men could be like Sabara!
Daryl Helped Meghan Learn to ‘Love’ Herself After Having a Baby
After having Riley, Trainor struggled with her post-baby body.
“I made life. I gave birth. I had a c-section,” she said in a new interview with The Skimm. “And I’ve always struggled on loving myself and my body, and there’s a lot of new scars coming in, so I had to look at myself and start to love myself all over again from scratch.”
She added, “I mean, I didn’t want to be naked in front of my husband. And he looks at my c-section scar like, ‘This is where my baby came out, this is the most beautiful scar I’ve ever seen in my life.’ And I’m like, ‘I want to look at it like you do. How’d you figure that — you know?’”

The latest way Sabara is helping Trainor is super exciting. The duo made a TikTok to tease an upcoming sex reveal announcement!
“COMING SOON 👀🤰@darylsabara #28weekspregnant,” the “Made You Look” singer wrote on TikTok today.
She shared a video of her dancing (with her baby bump on full display!) and Sabara dancing with the words “Getting ready to gender reveal.” Hopefully she’ll post an update soon!
