The Mahomes’ latest family photoshoot is so effortless, so flawless, and so effing cute. I mean seriously, how do Brittany and Patrick Mahomes (quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs) pull it off every single time? It’s hard enough for most families to get one decent family shot, let alone entire Instagram carousels of perfection.
Brittany posted eight photos on Thursday, and each one is more adorable than the last. Mom and Dad wore simple black tops for the occasion while Sterling, 2 and Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III wore white bodysuits. The family of four posed in front of a gray backdrop and were majorly cheesing.
“Us🖤,” Brittany captioned the carousel which got more than 220 thousand likes in less than 24 hours (see the photos here).
“Awh these are so cute!!!🖤🖤🖤,” commented Patrick’s brother Jackson Mahomes, and we couldn’t agree more.
Along with the group pictures, Brittany shared one precious shot of Sterling being the best big sister and holding her not-so-little brother. Bronze is growing up so fast, and you can really tell in that picture. Sitting down, his torso is almost as long as his sister’s, and his deliciously chunky legs are on full display. In all the photos, he holds his head up and looks so alert. He is nothing like he was in the family’s last photoshoot (more on those epic pics below!) where he was swaddled and cradled.
Light And Airy Perfection
The family’s last professional photoshoot was sometime between Nov. 2022 and Feb. 2023, and it was the epitome of an ethereal Pinterest board. The group wore a coordinated mix of muted brown and beige towns, with Brittany wearing a stunning tan dress with a sheer bottom and floral appliques.
They posed in a dreamy room — filled with fluffy blankets, knit linens, thin white curtains, and pampas grass — and we seriously want to recreate the look. “Thanking God everyday for these 3🤎,” Brittany captioned the post, once again matching her emoji color with the family’s outfits.
Holiday Pics
Orange is a notoriously hard color to pull off, but if anyone could do it, it would be the Mahomes family. The family of four wore different shades of pastel orange on Easter, and they looked so sweet and springy. “My babies,” Brittany commented on Patrick’s Instagram post, along with which heart emoji? The orange one, of course! Word on the street is that Patrick’s brother, Jackson Mahomes, was the one to snap those pics.
Posing Postpartum
In a recent Instagram Q&A, followers asked Brittany about how she feels in her postpartum body. She said she doesn’t care about the changes that have happened. “These kiddos are so worth it,” she said, followed by the smiling teary-eyed emoji and a red heart.
She also explained why it is so hard — even for fitness trainers like her — to start working out after having a baby.
“Because you got kids to take care of now,” she joked. “And taking an ample amount of time off always makes it hard to start again! But you have to WANT TO, you got it!”
