Nick Cannon has a whole lot of kids to divvy his time between. A dozen, to be exact — who he shares with six women, including his son Zen who tragically died at 5 months old after battling brain cancer. Cannon has come under scrutiny in the past with speculation that he can’t possibly be an attentive father to all 12 kiddos. And while that remains to be seen, he did open up in a recent podcast interview about which child he spends the most time with.
“My beautiful daughter Onyx, that’s probably the child that I spend the most time with, really,” Cannon said on the Jason Lee Podcast. “I’m with her at least three times a week, for the full day.”
The Drumline star shares the 8-month-old with ex LaNisha Cole and said that on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays his daughter is “right next to [him].” He reportedly has a nursery in his office and said that his time with Onyx does not conflict with his other kids since they are at school.
“LaNisha and I have a super strong understanding and our co-parenting operation is so solid,” he said. “…I appreciate that LaNisha gives me the respect enough to allow me to have her, really, as equal amount of time that she does.”
That is all very sweet, but given his recent appearance on The Howard Stern Show, we did not expect baby Onyx to be his number one.

It was just a month ago that Cannon forgot to include Onyx when he listed off his kids during an interview with Howard Stern. Oof! Sorry, Onyx.
In his interview with Jason Lee, Cannon said he “f*cked up” but also pointed out that Stern interrupted him which threw him off. And honestly, that’s fair. If I start listing items on my grocery list and get derailed, all bets are off. That doesn’t mean I don’t love you, fruit snacks!

Cannon shares 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey, who is reportedly seeking full custody of their kids.
He then shares Golden, 6, Powerful Queen, 2, and Rise Messiah, 7 months with model Brittany Bell; twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir, 23 months, and Beautiful Zeppelin, 6 months with model Abby De La Rosa; Legendary Love, 10 months with Selling Sunset star Bre Tiesi; and singer Alyssa Scott was Zen’s mother and is mom to Halo Marie, 5 months.

Even worse than forgetting about Onyx, Cannon recently decided to write handwritten Mother’s Day cards to each of his six baby mamas. Sounds sweet, right? Well, it would have been … had he not mixed them up. *Wince*
“So when one baby mama reads the card about how I feel about the other baby mama…,” he said on his podcast, Daily Cannon. “See if I would have just got some generic sh*t that everybody else got, that wouldn’t have happened.”
It’s unclear how they got sent and why he didn’t just label them, but yikes. Talk about a trainwreck.
