Sylvester Stallone takes his role as a girl dad to a whole new level, according to his two eldest daughters.
During Monday’s episode of the Giggly Squad podcast, Sophia, 26, and Sistine Stallone, 24, deemed their dad “a savant when it comes to our dating lives — in so many areas.”
Sistine revealed, “In one area, he writes most of our breakup texts.” While most girls would want anyone but their dad to author a breakup message on their behalf, the Stallone girls are clearly all for it. Sophia said, “I highly suggest girls should go up to their dad and have their dad write a breakup text because men know men. I’m telling you.”
Sistine chimed back in, adding, “And they never get mad.” We can’t help but chuckle at the guys who unknowingly got dumped by none other than Rocky Balboa. Hopefully this podcast episode doesn’t get back to them!

Sistine continued, “In another realm, he’s very standoffish when we first bring men home, and we rarely do.” She explained, “We’re like, ‘Oh, this [guy] is a good egg. We’re gonna bring him home.’ And he’s always standoffish, stands in the corner, doesn’t say anything, we’re like, ‘Dad, come on.’ … Literally stands in the corner just to intimidate.”
Sophia hilariously added, “He’ll have a cigar like he’s head of security,” putting on a show of authority over their love interests. Honestly, this seems pretty on-brand for The Expendables actor.
Sniffing Out the Bad Eggs
Sistine jumped in, saying, “I asked him, I go, ‘Why do you do that?’ And he goes, ‘I can tell within the first four minutes of meeting him if he’s going to last or not, and so I’m not going to waste my time.’” Emphasizing her words, she added, “And he’s right every time.”
Sophia revealed, “He only likes my sister’s boyfriend; Scarlet, she’s the youngest one,” adding that the 20-year-old’s boyfriend, University of Miami student-athlete Louis Masquelier-Page, can “relate on things” with Stallone.
Mom vs. Dad
The women shared that while their dad has a more protective, wary outlook on his daughters’ dating lives, their mom likes to play devil’s advocate. “My mom just thinks everyone is just an angel on earth and she’s just like forgive, forgive, forgive,” Sistine said.
This makes sense, given how Flavin and Stallone reconciled after the former filed for divorce in August 2022.
Two-Time Heavyweight Champion, Five-Time Dad
In addition to Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlett, the Rocky star also shares two sons, Sage (who died of coronary artery disease at age 36 in 2012) and Seargeoh, 44, with his ex-wife Sasha Czack.
