Robert De Niro recently shocked the world by announcing the arrival of his seventh baby at 79 years old, and Al Pacino is effectively telling his movie star friend to hold his milk bottle with his announcement that he’s got a baby on the way — at 83 years old. There must be something in that Hollywood water!
A representative of The Godfather icon confirmed the news with People — Pacino’s girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, 29, is currently 8 months pregnant. According to Page Six, some speculate the two began dating during the coronavirus pandemic, but Pacino and Alfallah were first publicly connected in April 2022 after being photographed at dinner together.
The Scarface actor has three adult children: daughter Julie Marie, 33, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend and acting coach Jan Tarrant, and twin son and daughter Anton and Olivia, 22, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend and actress Beverly D’Angelo.
Being a Better Dad Than His Father Before Him
During a 2014 interview with The New Yorker, Pacino opened up about his father abandoning him at 2 years old and how that loss motivates him to show up for his own kids. “I consciously knew that I didn’t want to be like my dad. I wanted to be there,” he said.
“I have three children. I’m responsible to them. I’m a part of their life. When I’m not, it’s upsetting to me and to them,” the House of Gucci star explained. “So that’s part of the gestalt. And I get a lot from it. It takes you out of yourself. “

While Pacino attempted to quietly drop the news to the press ahead of Baby No. 4’s arrival, De Niro took more of a bomb-drop route with his baby news. During an interview with ET Canada, the Goodfellas star was asked about his six children, to which he responded, “Seven, actually.”
He went on to briefly explain, “I just had a baby.” A few days later, the Meet the Parents actor appeared on Good Morning America and chatted with Gayle King about his newborn daughter. He revealed her name, Gia Virginia Chen-De Niro, and shared an adorable photo of the little girl he shares with his girlfriend, Tiffany Chen. King shared that the couple is “over the moon about this baby girl” who was “planned” and “brought here by love.”
