Alexis Ohanian just made a risky move: asking his daughter Olympia Ohanian for feedback on his parenting. Sure, it’s great to check in with your kids — but 5-year-olds can be brutal! The Reddit co-founder, who shares Olympia with wife Serena Williams, posted about the performance review on Instagram, and it couldn’t be cuter.
“I had @olympiaohanian give me a performance review,” Ohanian wrote in his caption. “Proof that I’m far from a perfect Papa. Feedback is a gift!”

In the picture, Olympia rated several parenting categories, including “pancake making,” “giving hugs,” “loving Olympia,” “protecting Olympia,” “dancing,” “singing,” and “teaching Olympia.” You know, the most important parts of fatherhood! While he totally nailed some of the items (his pancake skills are apparently top-notch, as is his ability to love and protect his daughter), Ohanian notably failed in the hugs department.
She Gave Notes on His Hugs
Like any good manager, Olympia had notes for Ohanian. (Hey, improvement is always a good goal!)
“She said my hugs are sometimes so big they hurt,” he wrote. Aww! So its not that his hugs are bad … it’s just that he needs to rein in the love a little bit.
Ohanian also shared that his 5-year-old is “pessimistic about my abilty to improve at dancing / singing. 😤” Poor guy!
Ohanian’s final result? Ninety percent! Not bad, dad! He commented on his score: “She also is still learning how percentages work 🤪 but I’ll take the 90%,” Ohanian wrote.

The Family Is on a Babymoon
Ohanian and Williams, who are currently expecting baby no. 2, are on a babymoon with Olympia. They recently went to an art gallery in Italy, and previously spent some time in Paris, France. Last month, Ohanian shared a picture of himself kissing Olympia on the cheek from the top of the Eiffel Tower, captioning it: “On top of the world. 🗼🇫🇷”
Williams posted from their babymoon, too, joking that her baby is hiding in the “back” as she poses turned to the side to show off her curves.
It seems like everyone is having a great time, even if Ohanian does need to work on his singing and dancing skills a little bit. Oh well, there’s plenty of time to get it right before Olympia’s baby sister or baby brother is born!
