About 7 months after welcoming a baby boy with boyfriend Sid Wilson, Kelly Osbourne finally shared a picture of her son Sidney’s precious face. The media personality posted a newborn photo on Instagram where the infant is adorably swaddled in a bat costume. The photo — captured by photographer Kimberly G Bryant — has gotten nearly 65,000 likes. Kelly has turned the comments feature off, but we have to imagine followers would have a lot to say. Especially since the outfit is a call back to her father Ozzy Osbourne’s infamous mistake.
During a 1982 show in Des Moines, Iowa the Black Sabbath singer — who frequently threw raw meat into the crowds — bit the head off a live bat.
“I thought it was a rubber bat,” he later said. “I picked it up, put it in my mouth, crunched down, bit into it, being the clown that I am. Bats are the biggest carriers of rabies in the world. And I had to go to the hospital afterward and they started giving me rabies shots. I had one on each rear and I had to have that every night.”
In 2016, Kelly shared that she was walking down the street when a “f*cking bat attacked [her] and sh*t on [her] head.” Kelly went on to jokingly blame her father saying, “I should not be paying for your crimes Dad!”
Hopefully wrapping sweet little Sidney in this bat swaddle turns around the family’s relationship with the animal that seems to have a vendetta against the family from the reality television show, The Osbournes.

Spilling The Beans
Being a proud new grandma, Sharon Osbourne couldn’t help but share the news that Kelly had welcomed a baby and that the little boy was named after his father.
Sharon isn’t the only one guilty of ruining the surprise. Ozzy also shared the baby’s sex too soon.
“I mean, he’s told everyone….the gender of my baby before I ever got the chance to, and I’m just like, ‘Aww Dad, come on. Like, come on,'” Kelly said ahead of Sidney’s arrival. “But I will say, every single day he does this little song and this little dance about how excited he is, and he is so excited that it’s a boy.”
Working Mama
In Feb. 2023, Kelly shared she has a “newfound respect for working mothers.”
“I took my first job since having a baby,” she said on Instagram while on the set of the Osbourne family’s new reality show, Home to Roost. “Having to leave him this morning was one of the hardest things I have ever done. This day can’t go by quick enough for me. I can’t want to have him back in my arms. 😢”
