Prince Louis & Princess Charlotte Went Head-To-Head During the Family’s Latest Public Appearance

It is in the Sibling Code of Conduct that siblings must consistently butt heads. It’s something all brothers and sisters silently agree to from day one. Because arguing over toys and riding shotgun and the last slice of pizza is the spice of sibling life. The siblings of the royal family probably have designated seats in the royal carriage, and they probably don’t eat ‘za at diplomatic dinners, and they definitely have every toy in triplicate. And yet, we have no doubt they bicker with the best of us.

This weekend, at the Trooping of Colour, the siblings put their literal headbutting on full display. Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis — the third and fourth in line to the throne — accidentally bonked heads. In a video posted on Instagram, Princess Charlotte leans toward Prince Louis who then hits her in the head with his own noggin when he turns around to talk to his mom Kate Middleton. Princess Charlotte looks at her brother, annoyed — probably with her signature side eye — before rubbing the right side of her head.

“Little accident on stage 😂😂,” the post was captioned, “love how Charlotte paused then realized that it actually did hurt 😂😂😂.”

It’s usually Prince Louis who leans into his sister to tell her something, so we’re extra curious about what Princess Charlotte wanted to tell him that eventually led to the clash of craniums.
