When it comes to picking out a baby name for their first child together, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have a lot of help. The couple’s six kids are reportedly all weighing in on the little one’s new moniker, and we would be so overwhelmed with all the opinions!
All 6 Kids Are Contributing to the Baby Name List
A source told Us Weeklythat the Lemme founder and the Blink-182 drummer are “having their kids contribute to the list” of potential baby names. This sounds like a great activity for the blended family, which is made up of Kardashian’s kids Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8, with ex Scott Disick, and Barker’s kids Landon, 19, Alabama, 17, and Atiana De La Hoya, 24, with ex Shanna Moakler.
The insider added that Barker and Kardashian are “including [their kids] in the baby journey whenever possible” as the new baby is “a celebration for the whole family.”
The only problem? It would be so hard to juggle all of those opinions — plus their own — and narrow it down to one name. Maybe they will put all the choices in a bowl and randomly pick one!
Travis Barker’s Name Choice
Earlier this week, Barker revealed his unusual pick for a baby name: “Rocky 13.”
On Complex’s GOAT Talk, he explained the reasoning behind the meaningful name. “Rocky George played guitar for Suicidal Tendencies, and 13 is just the greatest number of all time,” he said, adding, “And Rocky, the greatest boxing movie of all time.”
His daughter, Alabama, teased him for the choice, saying, “That’s so bad!”
It seems The Kardashians star isn’t convinced about the name choice either. The insider told Us Weekly, “Travis and Kourtney haven’t decided on a name yet, but they’re having a lot of fun coming up with different ideas.”
Kourtney Kardashian’s Kids Have Reportedly Been ‘Surrounding Her’
The Poosh founder has had a lot of support from her kids throughout the pregnancy.
A source told Us Weekly in June, “Even though [Travis Barker’s] not always by her side, she has plenty of support from her family, and especially her kids. They’ve all been surrounding her night and day for anything she may need.”
They added, “It’s a really special time in Kourtney and Travis’s life, and they couldn’t be more ecstatic.”
