In the hope of finding a forever home, pooches from Polish animal shelters have been getting the star treatment in the studio to recreate famous magazine covers.
Polish advertising agency Ostrosiostro tried something a little different to raise awareness and help rehome abandoned dogs.

“Fashion and celebrities define beauty. We wanted to take a little bit of that and change people’s perspective on shelter animals,” the agency told This Dog’s Life.
The images were also uploaded to dating website Tinder, encouraging people to swipe right to learn more about the campaign. Fans of the doggy cover stars can buy T-shirts and calendars featuring the pics from a crowdfunding platform, with proceeds going to 16 animal shelters in Poland.
But the best news of all is that, to date, more than 70 percent of the dogs in the campaign have found their forever homes.
