Will, Kate and Harry have their own Twitter and Instagram account now, and we can’t wait to see what the royals will share with their fans.
While we are convinced that Kate Middleton‘s hair should have its own social media accounts, we are going to have to settle for the middle generation of royals finally branching off from dear old dad and launching their own accounts.
Princes William and Harry and the Duchess of Cambridge used to share a Twitter with Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall — via Clarence House — but today that account announced the three would now share their own, appropriately named after Kensington Palace since that’s where the three now live.

The new Twitter account looks like it will follow in the footsteps of the other British royal accounts and share more in-depth info of the trio’s royal duties. On its first day online, for example, it posted 14 updates on Harry’s appearance at the Coach Core graduation ceremonies.

Since it is 2015, everyone — even the royals — knows that Twitter just doesn’t cut it anymore. Instagram is where it’s at, and don’t worry, they’ve got that covered, too.

So far the Twitter account has a lot more activity, but we’re hoping to see some great behind-the-scenes shots on the Instagram page too.
