Kim Zolciak just posted another photo proving she is in a totally different league than I will ever be.
As we all know, the mother of six is currently competing on this season of Dancing with the Stars and all those long hours practicing are interfering with her beauty routine. So much so that she flew her dermatologist out to her so she wouldn’t miss out on her Botox appointments!

She posted this photo to her Instagram with the caption, “Thank you @simonourianmd1 for coming in for me!! I needed Botox desperately lol and I needed to pick up some of his face products! I’m obsessed with his flawless serum, eye cream and moisturizer!! I truly appreciate you.”

Dr. Ourian, it is interesting to note, is also the doctor who tends to the perfect pouts and flawless visages of reality TV stars Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.
Zolciak sure does have a crazy schedule, but I think it is fair to say that her definition of an emergency medical procedure is slightly different than the average Joe’s definition of an emergency medical procedure.
But it’s not all about her looks. The former Real Housewives star does mention that her busy schedule, especially since she began the nonstop filming schedule of DWTS, makes her miss her little babies tremendously. She posted the most adorable photo of one of her little boys with the caption, “I can’t take it!!! I miss my babies… so much easier knowing daddy is home at night though!!!”
