On the same day we learned that our favorite celebrity couples (Chris Pratt and Anna Faris as well as Elon Musk and Amber Heard) called it quits, we were also given a mighty fine silver lining, a reason to hope, if you will. Luckily for us, Jennifer Aniston is the one delivering it.

You may remember how after a highly publicized divorce from Brad Pitt, Aniston finally found long-lasting, true love with actor and comedian Justin Theroux. They got married in 2015, and as far as we can tell, have lived happily ever after since. Well, on the occasion of their wedding anniversary, they are proving to us that love is still hanging in there with a selfie Theroux posted to Instagram showing Aniston kissing him sweetly on the cheek.

And just because we really love these two lovebirds, let’s revisit two sweet moments in this pair’s history.
There was their wedding, which was a low-key event at home that they kept secret by telling all their friends it was just a birthday party for Theroux. “It’s so much more special when it’s just your closest friends and family and it’s lovely,” he told Entertainment Tonight after the news inevitably broke about their wedding. “We wanted it to be a peaceful environment, you don’t want it to be hectic.”
Then there are the sweet things Theroux has said about finally finding that true love, like this one he told to Rhapsody Magazine: “Marriage makes the small things much smaller and the big things small. You have an ally. It’s good to have someone have your back.”
