She advises buying yourself a beautiful but affordable ring as a gift to yourself this season. She comments on the nearly therapeutic feeling you can get from buying yourself something that didn’t break the bank and that you can wear many times.

Among her list of pieces that are flight-friendly are lightweight earrings. She makes note of them as an accessory that lends some extra pizzazz to a pair of jeans, while you can also wear them to give a simple dress a more flashy appeal. Either way, “They will make you feel special,” she tells SheKnows.

“I love to dress casual, especially when I play with my son,” says Melania. She advises paring a classic, casual look like jeans and a T-shirt with a statement necklace to dress it up and take the look out and about. “It really complements, even if it’s a very simple white T-shirt.”
