Palmer gave birth to the couple’s second child, a baby boy called Forest Sage Palmer, on Dec. 12. He joins big brother Bodhi Rain, 2, and Webber’s son from a previous relationship, 8-year-old Isaac.

Palmer posted a sweet family photograph on Instagram to announce the arrival of Forest.

Forest is a French “occupational” name meaning “woodsman or woods.” Holly Madison and Pasquale Rotella also chose the name for their son earlier this year. The most famous bearer of the name is actor Forest Whitaker, while other notable Forests include Forest Dewey Dodrill, the first physician to perform open-heart surgery, and astronomer Forest Ray Moulton.

As well as following the growing trend for occupational names, Forest has a strong connection to Mother Nature — as does the newborn’s middle name, Sage, which means “wise and knowing,” but is also an herb name. Put together, these two names definitely reflect Palmer’s passion for healthy living.

Australian actress Palmer and actor and director Webber got married in December 2013, two months before their son Bodhi arrived. In May, the couple used Instagram to reveal their family was expanding.
